Bholenath Developers Private Limited was founded in 1985 and since then we have grown to become a major player in Chembur’s real estate scenario.

As part of the urban renewal process in the city, when the State Government offered additional Floor Space Index (FSI) for redeveloping buildings thatwere badly dilapidated, we saw it as an opportunity to enrich people’s way of living and to give themspaces which were distinct from one another.
